Great work Mandie. Don't worry about NYD, that is always going to be a bad one... I write it off every year lol. Training with the PT sounds like fun :D

Updates! Did okay over the weekend, considering I was on a holiday!

Friday - drank my water, walked around Dunsborough for an hour or so. no calorie counting, but I ate a lot of crap so unlikely to be under!
-2 stars.

Saturday - drank loads of water, danced for hours and hours! ate awful festival food and drank lots of red bull.. oops!
-2 stars.

Sunday - drank my water, no exercise and ate crappy food.
-1 star.

Monday - not a good day star-wise at all! nowhere near my water (it's harder when I'm busy all day!), didn't record calories but i had cake and a muffin today, gotta be over.. and no time to exercise (actually did a 10 min walk by accident.. but yah not 30 mins!)
-0 stars.

that's 5 stars out of a possible 12.. eek! gotta step this up a bit I think!

Friday and Saturday went ok Mandie :)

Get 3 stars the next few days and work back Sunday and Monday and all will be fine :D

Yeah.. no stars yesterday. I went close but over with the calories, and I was close with my water (1.5L)... but not enough! No time for exercise either.

Working kinda sucks, you have a lot less time to do things!

I will try to exercise today but not going to the gym because I have a PT session tomorrow. I'll try to do some crunches and stuff at home. I am going to eat well though and stay under calories and I WILL drink my water! (bringing a water bottle to work).

it's always hard to get a routine going in a new job, but it won't take too long :)

yeah this week is all orientation, they are providing us lunch every day so its really hard to make healthy choices when you just have to eat whats there! but from next week i'll be bringing my own lunch and stuff so it will be much better :)

*sigh* this week is really tough to get stars.. long days, hardly any time to exercise, getting the hang of doing something full time again so i'm so tired.. and having all this food supplied to me! gah! it will be better after thursday .. friday i think i supply my own lunch and form then on im on my own too!

anyway, i tried hard today and got all my water drunk.. so that's one star :)

will get at least 2 tomorrow cuz i have a PT session - he's gonna cane me cuz i havent been to the gym since last week's session. oops!

Sigh.. long story about today. But I'm in a better mood now so don't really want to go into it!

I did pretty well food-wise, but didn't fill out calories on calorieking (and can't remember all i ate, im so bad at that!) so no star..

unfortunately work ran 45 mins late and i had to reschedule my PT so no exercise either!

but i got my water drunk..s omething! 1 star.

Try not to worry too much about this week Mandie - long hours, free food, hell, who could stick to 3 stars :shock: :P

Just think, next week is BYO lunch and you can work your PT sessions and exericse around work - you'll do great next week hun!

I brought my lunch yesterday, and did really well (subway for dinner) - ended up under calories by a fair bit, which is good :)

Drank my water too.

I was on my feet most of the day and did a fair bit of running around, but still didn't do any proper exercise really, so no star there. Going to the gym today though! And I will sort out more PT sessions :)
