no PT today - my own session! did my weights routine and I did some stuff on the bike and the treadmill - did a few runs on the tready too :) was at the gym for an hour and a half, so i'm happy with that!

drank my water today :)

i ate relatively well all day but i cant work out calories cuz i ate finger food for dinner at a party.. im sure im over though, too many spring rolls! i was going to eat dinner before i went to the party, but didnt get time :(

ah well. 2/3 aint bad :) especially for a weekend!

Well done Mandie, thats great!

90 mins at the gym is awesome, as well as heaps of water. I'm sure you didn't go too overboard with food at the party because you were probably fairly conscious of what you were eating.

I did okay food wise today, but I can't be bothered putting my calories in now and I _did_ have BBQ tonight, so I have a feeling I was just over.

No exercise today - it's a Sunday, I don't usually do anything but relax and be lazy with the boy :)

Drank my water though!

one too many muffins and no exercise.. for shame!

i was going to do some ab workout stuff but my tummy muscles are still really sore from saturdays workout.. i cant lie down on my fitball, it hurts so much! might have pulled something.. whoops!

anyway, drank my water.

MUCH better day - inspired by all of you lovely people (especially Helen!) and I am DETERMINED to get three stars again tomorrow!

Under cals (made good choices - including yummy smoked salmon and avocado sandwich for lunch!)

Drank heaps of water (over 2L)

PT session at the gym - plus I did 12 mins on the bike before we started because I was early. And I did another 10 minutes on the bike after the session because I'm a glutton for punishment! Yay :)

3/3!!!!!!!!!

Hehe Yeah Fiona I don't know WHAT I was thinking, my butt is SO sore today!! Hehe..

The new PT was nice, she is completely different from the other one. The guy tended to focus more on getting me to do heavy weights and then cardio at the end, whereas this one got me to do some weights and a LOT of cardio all throughout.. so I don't know! Another session with her next week, then I'm tempted to start alternating them because of their different styles.. but I don't know about that!

Sassi - thanks :) Definitely do a pledge! Keeps you motivated and it's a little reward to be able to post good news :)

*sigh*

I had the best of intentions to do exercise this morning, but I woke up late.. got a brazilian at 11.45am so didn't want to do exercise after that! Feeling much better now so I'm going to go do some "other" exercise with Joel :wink: .. but that doesn't count as exercise in my stars.. sigh!

BUT.

Wanted pizza for dinner - but I only had 3 slices, counted the calories, and because I had such a healthy lunch and stuff, I came under calories today! Yay!

And I drank all my water!

2/3 ain't bad :)

That's fantastic, Mandie. I don't think I've ever had enough willpower to make sure my pizza nights came in under my calorie limit. Well done!

Well, yesterday I did alright. I came in under calories.

BUT I didn't quite drink enough water because while I'm working I don't like to drink too much - because it's annoying to have to keep going to the toilet when I'm busy! I'll have to get over that and I'll try to drink more water tonight :)

No time for exercise - had stuff to organise in the morning and then I started at 12 and finished at 10.30pm... I was on my feet for 10 hours out of that shift though, does that count?

ok.. since I was on nights over the weekend, stars are a bit hard - I'm having trouble figuring out cals and stuff.. so deciding to skip those and start doing stars again from tomorrow (Tuesday)

Didn't make it to PT today - got up too late and missed it! Bah!

BUT I went for a walk around my new suburb, and went to the shops and carried my shopping home - a good 30 minute walk and the last 10 minutes I was carrying 2L milk and boxes and jars and stuff too!

Drinking my water as we speak.

Planned my dinner and I will come in under calories. I will edit this tomorrow if I had a big blowout tonight but I'm pretty sure that won't happen :)

Should be a 3/3 day!
