I have 4 days off so I will do at least six hours exercise over the next four days, regardless of the weather :P

No excuses!!!
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

90 minutes each day, you can do it!!!

What is your exercise of choice going to be?
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

Running, walking, gym circuit and probably a group exercise class or two. Yay!

My car has broken down (won't start - think it's the battery) but have to wait until hubby gets home to try to jump start it. Never mind, I shall brave the heat and walk to the gym - it's about 2.2km away... extra exercise!!! :P

4 days off turned into 5 (yay!) and I already have 4:40 in the bank so I will make that goal 8 hours!
