Starting from today, for the rest of the month I pledge to do 90 minutes of exercise a day!
This is my plan over the next 4 days:
Today - 30 min horse ride, 30 mins fitness circuit, 30 mins swimming
Tomorrow - 30 min horse ride, 45 mins walk/run, 15 mins weights at home
Friday - 1 hr walk/run, 30 mins horse ride
Saturday - 30 mins fitness cicuit, 30 mins swimming, 45 min walk/run
Some days I might go over 90mins but thats fine by me
I really want to be 59kgs by the end of the month, so I have to up the anti! I'll record in here how I go each day.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.
Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
