Day 4 successful :D

30 mins fitness circuit at curves

35 mins swimming - 30 laps of 25mtr pool, thats the most i've done so far, and especially after the gym, I was stoked!

25 min walk

Tomorrow I am going to give myself a break. I'm probably only going to do 30 mins or so tomorrow. Just some walking, sit ups and push ups. I can feel my body and muscles becoming tired, so going to take it easy tomorrow and get back into it on Monday.

Day 5 successful :D

I was going to have a break today, but I have a fair amount of energy. Still, I mostly did walking so gave myself a little bit of a break.

40 min brisk bushwalk on very hilly terain on our property

35 mins of upper body weights, push ups, sit ups, star jumps, knee lifts and skipping + a few mins stretching at the end

15 min walk

Tomorrow will be one of the harder days with fitness circuit, swimming and at this stage a walk/run as well.

30mins fitness circuit at curves

25 mins swimming - 30 laps of a 25mtr pool. I shaved over 5 mins off my time from last time I went :D

90 MINUTES A DAY - WOW!

Postby madgicsh » Mon Jan 07, 2008 1:36 pm

That would be why you have a few kilograms to go and I have more than 30?

You are an inspiration Fiona, it's time I logged off and jumped on the rowing machine. :(

Haha, I'd like to echo what Madgicsh said! I can see why you're losing so much and I'm losing so little, Fiona. You are an absolute dynamo! I am definitely going for that run tonight!

Awwwwwwwwwww thanks girls! Hearing those positive comments makes me all the more keen to keep on going :D

I started out with a 20min walk and that was it around December. I wasn't even riding my horses because they were on a break, so i've built up to all this over a month or more I guess.

I'm looking forward to adding in more intense exercise when my poor body feels ready to cope with more!
