Day 5 successful
I was going to have a break today, but I have a fair amount of energy. Still, I mostly did walking so gave myself a little bit of a break.
40 min brisk bushwalk on very hilly terain on our property
35 mins of upper body weights, push ups, sit ups, star jumps, knee lifts and skipping + a few mins stretching at the end
15 min walk
Tomorrow will be one of the harder days with fitness circuit, swimming and at this stage a walk/run as well.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.
Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
