Hehehehe EWQ - i'm trying my best :P

Day 10 Successful :D

30 min VERY brisk walk this morning.

2+hrs of walking while shopping. This was quite brisk walking. My 6'5 hubby told me to slow down because he was struggling to keep up - i'm a whole foot shorter than him and have very short legs hehehe

45 mins ten pin bowling - hubby beat me 3/3 but I had lots of fun!

45 mins pilates.

We went away shopping for the day today and we both had a great time. I bought myself a pilates kit - mat, stretch band and training DVD. I also got a new skipping rope and a petometer. I treated myself to a friand today which was HEAVEN  but had a low fat 6 inch sub for lunch from subway so was rather happy with myself :D

Day 14

The first unsuccessful day i've had. Only because I had to work 10hours at the vet clinic today and was on my feet for 95% of the day, doing washing, cleaning, assiting in surgery, walking dogs, doing x-rays, cleaning cages, feeding etc.

I did go for a 30 walk/jog this morning though and if I can muster up the energy tonight then I will do 20-30mins of upper body weights.

Got another 10hr day tomorrow, then nothing till Saturday, so on Thurs/Fri I will do heaps to make up for it :D

Thanks girls :) I also did 20mins of upper body weights, sit ups and push ups last night but then again I also had 2 WW ice creams

Ok, so hows this - today I worked 10hours again, on my feet most of the day and I had my pedometer on all day:

8000 steps, 250 cals burnt and almost 4miles clocked up  :D

I will do 30mins of something tonight, probably a combo of weights and cardio.

Tomorrow will be walk/run, curves and swimming.
