Yesterday Sat 19th Jan

I failed!!! I only did 1hr.

30 min walk/run - in the rain might I add! It was 4pm and i'd done hardly anything so I made myself go, it was lovely :D

30 min combo of sit ups, mens push ups (x2 sets of 10 - they're so hard!) leg magic, pilates and 1 set of a few upper body weights. So I was moving the WHOLE time this 30mins, no break in between anything.

I worked for 4hrs in the morning and did lots of walking, sweeping, mopping, cleaning etc, so thats ok.

How do you find Billy Blanks? I hate it when he starts talking about the Lord... I put him on mute and put on other music, heh heh. But oh boy, it's a good workout!

You're doing so well :)

San - I LOVE the BB workouts! I find the chicks in the backround yelling out to be really annoying though hahahah And yes, I turn it off at the end when he calls everyone in for a group hug and goes on about God and everything.

I don't think i'll be doing anything today - I swear, I feel as though i've been hit by a truck! Every muscle in my body (bar my calves) is ACHING (in a good way of course ;)) especially the tops of my thighs all around - sooooooooooo sore!!!

Have you had some nurofen/advil/act 3? That stuff is magic for when you're feeling very stiff and sore. You've been working so hard this month - you body is probably telling you to give it a rest :) Enjoy!

Today I did NOTHING!

Well, I worked for 6hrs and went for a 30min walk when I got home but that was it - I was way too sore to do anything else.

I'm working 10hrs tomorrow, so won't do anything then either, apart from being on my feet all day and walking around most of the day

30 mins pilates

30 mins horse riding

30 mins home cardio - combo of leg magic, skipping, twists, jogging, kicking, punching etc, non stop apart from a few 10 second water breaks.

15 min walk

My pledge is almost over but I will continue to aim for 90mins a day. Tomorrow i'm working 10hrs so will prob only do 1/2 hour and the next day we're heading to a specialist appointment, 4hrs there and back so won't have time for much, getting up at 5am for travel will knock me a bit!
