I failed!!! I only did 1hr.
30 min walk/run - in the rain might I add! It was 4pm and i'd done hardly anything so I made myself go, it was lovely
30 min combo of sit ups, mens push ups (x2 sets of 10 - they're so hard!) leg magic, pilates and 1 set of a few upper body weights. So I was moving the WHOLE time this 30mins, no break in between anything.
I worked for 4hrs in the morning and did lots of walking, sweeping, mopping, cleaning etc, so thats ok.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.
Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
