20 min morning walk

45 mins ultimate boot camp - I was too tired to finish the rest.

I worked for 10hrs today on my feet, very physical work, walking, washing cleaning, sweeping, mopping, standing, bending down etc etc

So I was under by 25mins but I reckon work would've made up for it!!

I came under today but had to get up at 4:30 and didn't home until 6pm and by the time I fed the animals and myself it was 8pm.

I did manage a 20min walk, 40mins of hard core home cardio - leg magic, skipping, punching, kicking, twisitng, push ups, ab work etc + 5 mins stretching.

Tomorrow i'm not working so it will be a big day of exercise for me! Approx 2hrs.

Today is the last day of this pledge, so failure was not an option today :D

90 min walk (seperated into 2 walks)

30 mins fitness circuit and I pushed myself SO hard

All up i'm very happy with how I did. The days that I didn't do 90mins I was working or away for appointments, I think there were only 4 or so days the whole month that I didn't do the full 90mins but each of those days I did *something*

I will continue with this pledge in mind in my life now, it gave me the motivation I needed. Thanks for your support girls and boys :D
