Today is the last day of this pledge, so failure was not an option today
90 min walk (seperated into 2 walks)
30 mins fitness circuit and I pushed myself SO hard
All up i'm very happy with how I did. The days that I didn't do 90mins I was working or away for appointments, I think there were only 4 or so days the whole month that I didn't do the full 90mins but each of those days I did *something*
I will continue with this pledge in mind in my life now, it gave me the motivation I needed. Thanks for your support girls and boys
