Madgic's 2008 pledge

Postby madgicsh » Mon Jan 07, 2008 1:33 pm

I will:
:D think healthy, eat healthy
 forgive myself when I fall off the wagon and get right back on
 allow myself ONE, 10 gram piece of chocolate per day, late at night if I have stuck to my principles during the day
8) save my money to buy some schmick new clothes in size 10-12 as a reward for success
 I will use our new home gym EVERY day, and go for a walk every evening - I don't know if it's helping me but the dogs look wonderful.
:D I will weigh less than 70kg when I get onto that Hawaiian Airlines jet on 8 August!

Great pledge Madgic - you can do it!!!

I reckon once you start you end up enjoying it. The first few weeks are the hardest by far, but once you start seeing results you'll be hooked :D
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

FIONA IS THE BEST

Postby madgicsh » Mon Jan 07, 2008 2:06 pm

You make me feel so welcome Fiona, and I'm sure staying involved and in the forums is the secret to success. :)

I've just been on the rowing machine, and racked up 7.5 minutes; it doesn't sound much but my physiotherapist tells me the Institute of Sport rowers do 15 minutes a day. Harder and faster than I do, I'm sure - but I AM getting there. :)
