I'm afraid to say I'm hooked on big brother too, it's another 5 minutes before it starts here in the West.
I've just had two cuppa's so I don't go snacking whilst watching the show.

Andy and I had a cooked breakfast Omelete (spelling) on toast with a tomato between us and a mushroom each I didn't have butter on my toast, my way of thinking is to have a better breakfast and a smaller tea, plans are to have home made vege soup for lunch with some fruit and rack of lamb with roast veges for tea.
Andy said to me how come we didn't have any drinks last night before tea so I told him I had given up drinking he was practically rolling around on the floor
So you call that support
but I still love him 8)

Alcohol is a toughy isn't it? I hardly ever used to drink before Darren came along. Now sometimes I feel like a complete alcoholic. Darren I think is an alcoholic. He won't even consider not having beer. Once we did a detox and he was laughing at me all day because I was having caffeine and sugar withdrawals and really struggling and he was fine, therefore better. Then we hit 9 o'clock and he hasn't had a beer yet so it's not fun any more and off to bed he goes without even suffering all day like I did. Talk about not fair. Every week it seems I decide that I'm not going to drink except on special occasions and grand prix night. But then you go looking for special occasions and it's not good. Alcohol is evil. I'm glad you're doing so well Pam. You seem to have got your confidence back and recommitted. I'm proud of you.

Thanks Serena for the kind words, had a good day yesterday they cooked up raison toast at work, but as they had left some for me I had it without butter which in itself was good for me, tea was a disaster the BBQ with the rack of lamb in caught fire so we had burnt offering wirh roast veges for tea, still not managing the water but one day at a time
