Well my personal trainer tells me that you achieve goals much better when you write them down. So here we go.
1. Exercise at least 1 hour for 6 days per week
2. Drink 2 litres of water everyday
3. Eat no junk food / take away
4. Think positive
5. Be 65 - 68 kilos by start of August 08.
I have put on a bit of weight over Christmas but i am going to get back on track today and move forward from here.
