Well ladies & gents
Without further ado .... tonights workout consisted of:
35 minute walk not only that ... but I hit 2.03kms !!!!
10 min upper body workout
18 push ups - my arms felt like jelly.
All up a 50 minute workout
Hubby kept trying to stop me as he thought I was pushing myself too hard ! Every time I felt like quitting I took 5 seconds to re focus and kept on going.
Oh forgot to mention I also left hubby at home today and took the mp3 player, he downloaded some fantastic music on there for me to keep me going and pumped - boy it did the trick !
Tomorrow's pledge is to do today's workout plus a 20 minute morning walk !
