My feet are really sore ... my left heel in particular. I am stretching and all but I've noticed it's sore after all the exercise and even when I wake up in the morning, it kills to walk on. Im hovering around today :(

Besides that, it was a great way to start the day. I really enjoyed it :D

i'm glad you enjoyed the morning walk :)

take it easy on your heel for a bit - if its still sore later, skip the extra walk and just do the upper body and pushup stuff.. you dont want to risk making it worse!

The heel was good after Dave massaged it. Still a little tender but ok to walk on :)

This morning I woke up and my body feels like I've been hit by a truck. Feeling great about it as I know my workouts are working, Feeling upset about it as I can't go for my walk :(

Great to hear you're feeling sore and its all working Helen! Don't worry about not being able to go for a walk, can you do some sit ups or push ups or something or are you hurting too much? You could always settle for a good 15mins of stretching?

Glad your foot is feeling better hun.

Sore is GREAT Helen, means your muscles are working hard!

I agree with Fiona - maybe lie on the floor and do some good stretching for a while, it will really help your muscles! Hot showers do wonders as well :)

If you can this evening, just do a light walk.. or upper body or something. It's great to do heaps of exercise, but don't you go injuring yourself!

I should be ok to do my usual tonight should the weather hold up. I jumped in the shower this morning and the heat soothed it a little.

Weather permitting Im going to jump straight back in tonight :D

Way to go Helen! It's really inspiring to see you keep going even though you're aching. I'm going to have to take a leaf out of your book I think!

way to go Hels... it'll get easier as you see more weight coming off... that'll pump you to lose even more... ita an ever decreasing vicous circle as the more you lose and the more you excercise... the better you'll feel and the fitter you'll get which will help you to lose more and more...

do what works for you but I get motivated by little targets that I don't even write on here... like the next kilo or when you were at a personal weight in the past... also as I said before new lows motivate me the most...

good luck Helen :)
