I promise the universe that I will

Keep eating healthy well balanced meals

Drink at least 2ltr water

I will drink at least 1 glass of green tea each day.

I will think slim

keep using vibratone.

Go to the gym

Get up at 7.30 every day


from tomorrow Wednesday 16th January 2008.

im going well.

Sticking to it.

Lost more inches today vs 11/1/08

Woke up today at 7.30 for 2 mins lol.. Tomorrow have to GET UP.. lol

Gym: rationalised that vbratone was gym equipment therefore didnt need to go..

MUST change that. I will give myself a week until I fully commit to that one.

I want to weigh 57kg by march 1st.

I pledge from Friday 15th Feb. to:

resume writing EVERYTHING DOWN

Drink 2Ltr water
Resume aloe vera first thing, take xantrax for a boost instead of coffee
Cut out bread/ pasta/ rice.
Drink maximum of one hot choc per day
Have soup/ vegies/ protein for lunch
Small dinner
Can have a glass of wine for family dinner tomorrow
Drink more green tea.

NO CHOCOLATE
No chips fried or otherwise.

Starting sat.. soup or shakes for lunch and dinner.. just to give me a boost

EXERCISE
Be more active.
keep up the incidental exercise
work my way up to being active twice per day.
Regular situps from sat.
Sauna/ swin sundays.
From monday start body blitz
