Postby milkyway » Fri Jan 18, 2008 11:17 pm

No alcohol (until next Friday :P)
Absolutely no sugary treats
Lots of healthy foods and cooking (I have time at the moment)
A significant amount of daily exercise (ie more than a 30 min with the pooch)
Record my intake in Calorie King every EVERY day
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

Made it through a visit to my sister's choc shop without pilfering any of her 'seconds'... but then I ate a 200g packet of snakes

Not doing so well. Had a glass of wine last night (but only one!) and ate some chocolate stars and half a custard scroll :(

I think I will reschedule this pledge to next week when I start my new job as I'll be getting into a new routine and it's a great opportunity to create better habits. It's like I'm on holidays at the moment - so I should enjoy time out with friends etc. but just make up for it with extra exercise.

Sounds like a good plan.

Good on you for trading 'sometimes' foods with extra exercise, though. It's something most of us struggle with.
