today i will prepare a healthy breakfast and be conscious of what i'm eating, rather than refusing to eat or grabbing something crap for a quick hit. small step, but i'm so out of the loop with healthy balanced eating.

no excuses, bag of oats will be plopped right on the kitchen table for me to see!

Good on you Pandora! I know that the time I'm most likely to eat something bad for me is when I'm absolutely starving and have nothing else prepared. Organising your meals ahead of time is the best way of making sure you keep on track. Good luck! I'm sure you can do it!
