Good on ya! Look at us two encouraging each other to eat breaky, were so good for one another. Ive been really good all week been having a peice of toast with vegemite. And you know what I think Im getting used to it, coz come 9:30am if I havnt eaten my stomach starts churning.

We rock man!!!

I got up at 4.45 on Saturday morning to go to my sisters shop to do the book work....and even had breakfast then!! YUCK!!!

I think I am getting the hang of this...?!

eating breakfast is the most important thing you will do all day,healthy breakfast refuels your body and jump-starts your day,Breakfast eaters tend to eat fewer calories, less saturated fat and cholesterol and have better overall nutritional status than breakfast skippers.

Thanks for pledging! sometimes i skipped breakfast too and even if I didn't, I ate only cereal. is it healthy? :shock:

Eating anything healthy is good for you! Cereal is great!

I usually have cereal or an apple / banana....I still don't think I've missed a day - I'm in the habit now!! YAH!
