Finished eating at 7pm, no junk consumed.
I won't be posting tomorrow or monday as I will be having a naughty day on Sunday heehehe, I plan to do a raw/unprocessed food day only on Monday to detox from the day before. Raw fruit, veg, nuts, that means no coffee since I have milk in it! Won't be going overboard tomorrow, just a choccie, rice crackers with low fat philli dip, a handful of reduced fat chips and a homemade low fat pizza. I need one of these days once a week or I go all out with a binge.
I realised today that I haven't had ANY McDonalds, KFC, Eagle boys etc fast food in over a month! Quite a milestone for me since I used to have fast food 2-3 x a week
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.
