Thanks Kimmie!

It wasn't until I started counting this vigourously that I realised how much I was overdoing carbs and underdoing fibre.

7/7 today, VERY pleased :D I only got in 70mins exercise and I had the day off from work so disapointed with that BUT when I planned to go for a 30min walk/run it absolutely poured rain, we've had so much rain it looks like we may flood. All our dams and creeks are overflowing and half our driveway (on a farm) is literally washed away, looks like the massive pot holes you see in Thailand!

God I can talk :oops:

ANYWAY!!!

Calories - 1326

Fat - 24 grams

Carbs - 130 grams

Protein - 85 grams

Fibre - 30 grams

Hoping to get 7/7 until Sunday when I will have a 'controlled' binge, unlike last Sunday :oops:

I love the concept of your 'controlled binge'....something I think I may have to copy from! Having good forms of bad food to look forward to....like pizza! YUM! :P

Thanks Ali! No, I haven't had my spray than yet, i'm getting it done next week before we go on holidays along with a voucher that hubby bought me a few weeks ago for a massage and a facial, can't wait :D

Ok, i'm confident enough about sticking to todays diet plan to put todays entry in.

Yep Sussy, want to lose another 3kgs ontop of goal! If I get down to say 57 and am happy then I will maintain from there, but nothing wrong with aiming high for now huh :P
