Feeling it now and almost did not resist the temptation, especially when Sunday is Hubby's takeaway day for both lunch (SUBWAY) and dinner (Macca's and daughter had KFC). BUT I did
and now he's out of the house at work which is good coz i find it hard when he sits there eating chunks of chocolate and pkts of doritos and bbq shapes etc and i'm eating my carrots, and rice snax etc. Then my parents came over and bought a bag of crisps which nearly got me too, but i thought perhpas it was my mum trying to sabotage me and that was reason enough for me to resist them.
Anyway i did get through the day, but i'm finding it's getting a bit tougher.

1/2 hour low impact aerobics.
