1450 CALS

100 squats
100 sit ups
2 walks-45min and 20min (wnated to go longer but the weather was SO bad)
45mins low impact aerobics.

Have decided i'm going to hang around for one more week then take some time out for a while. Will probably pop in now and then to see how everyone's going and say hi, but have some stuff going on that i need to focus on.

Not around Mon & possibly Tue so won't be able to exercise (but think i've made up for all the extra i've done this week????) and am hoping i stick to my pledge....

I'll still be around, can't get rid of me that easily, probably just not as often as i was is all.

Day 70 & 71

Well Monday couldn't exercise and hit around 1600 Cals so that wasn't too good, but i was up by 3.30am so maybe that did something
Tuesday hit about 1400 cals, so if i average it out that's about 1500 for both days ...hehe
100 squats
100 sit ups
1/2 hr jog
2 x 20min walks
1/2 hr low imapct aerobics.

You're still getting in a lot of exercise so don't worry about your cals so much at the moment.

Hey Cass,

hubby had the day off on Tuesday and bubby slept alot so i managed to do a bit more exercise...helped me think too.
Not so much yesterday though.

Day 72

1600 cals :oops:

1 x 1/2 hour walk.

Doing okay Cass, bubby's gotta go back on Monday unfortunately so will go from there but he seems happy enough. Have been meaning to get on MSN but haven't really been able too yet. Hope you feel better soon.

Stop stressing about your cals at the moment Suse. Maybe you should stop counting them for a bit & just eat heathily & doing your exercise & concentrate on bubby? Just an idea because you seem to be beating yourself up about it.

You're right Cass, i do do that, i think coz i'm trying to stay within a particular range (initially 1100-1300, but couldn't seem to do that so now it has increased to 1400-1500 a day) and it bothers me if i go over coz i feel like i won't keep losing weight.

You're also right in that i should stop thinking about it for a while and focus on more important things, i just don't want to regain all the weight and then feel bad about myself again.

Anyway i'll fit in the exercise when i can and now the weekend is here my husband and daughter are around to help (or hinder..hehe) too, that should make things a lil easier.

AND i'll TRY to not stress so much about my cals.....
