I've been trying to schedule exercise first thing in the morning, but my days seem to be getting off to a slower and slower start with my habit of sleeping in. So I'm going to ban my snooze button for a week. Who's with me?

Alarm went off at 8.00am and I was at the gym at 9.00am. Let's see if I can make a habit of this!
