So this week I finally made it to the gym... detailed that in my personal thread...
Weighed in this morning at 82.9 Kgs
... leaving me just under 8 Kilos to lose in eaight weeks (today) on this challenge.
Awarded myself 6/7 for my exercising this week... can't really fault anything I did but want something to aim for so I'm taking off 1/2 a point for being slack on one day even though I completed everything in the end and also 1/2 a points for stopping and taking a phone call while jogging...

That's about it for this week... my training program at the gym starts properly from early next week when I will be there Monday, Wednesday and Friday doing the set program and want to go at least twice other than that to do some cardio work...
As well I'm going to be doing as much of my pre existing exercise as I can... see if alll that will be fat busting?
