OK if I'm going to be accountable I've gotta be honest and so far this weekend its been a disaster..
I said elsewhere it was my boy's 9th birthday party and we had ten kids round yesterday, swimming and generally creating mahem... for tea last night they wanted pizza and I succumed BIG time and again with the cold pizza for lunch today so the weekend is kind of a write off. I haven't weighed in, have eaten a few other naughties but pizza was the biggie *can't even say it was the best pizza I've ever had either
Anyway I'm about to take the dog for his walk and have a bit of a jog... I never did get down the gym but l promise to just have something light to eat later today for tea and get back into this thing full on from tomorrow..
Hopefully theres not too much damage and ontop of my recent plateau period it's not been an ideal time for a blow-out but these things are sent to test us aren't they?
Will report back with my weight first thing in the morning *gulp!*
