600 calories plus weights this morning... then took the dog for his walk (could hardly do my usual jog though) plus my home exercises as usual and am stuffed again.. will have nap this afternoon before picking up the kids from school. My weigh in day tomorrow am hopeing for a good one :!: :?: :!: :?: :!:

treadmill incl 2 * 6 mins runs @ 11.3 kph

Ended up having quite a few beers last nite and although they were only lites, because l hadn't drunk that many for quite some time, l felt a bit sore in the head this morning and missed my first gym session... oh well will make it up on the weekend as l planned to rest them days..

Did quite a bit of gardening today (which l hate) but it seems to do well in the weight loss department, think l'll still be struggling to make yesterdays low tomorrow so it will be a sorry month for me this month..

Oh well :roll: :? :| - always next month!

Well this week I have just noticed I am exactly the same as last Saturday which leaves me week on week (Sat to Sat) having lost nothing for the first time :shock: :? :|

Can't say I'm too happy about that and just hope that the scales aren't telling the whole story... blame myself for the last two days where I had a big night out on Thursday and couldn't go to the gym (self inflicted) yesterday... apart from that picked up a minor knock last w/e which had me missing a couple of my home sessions so all up this week can't give myself more than 5 out of 7 I'm afraid..

Hey, stay positive - you've had the most consistent weight loss of almost anyone I've seen! And it's not like it's a total plateau - you KNOW you didn't have the greatest week this week.. I'm sure you'll lose next week, just make sure you go to the gym and stay off the booze! :)

hehe thanks Dr Mandie :wink: ... yup not blaming my one drinks session... l think l've just hit the wall everyone comes to... what l might do for this month though is detail what l'm doing and my weight EVERY day so that l can chart to see if l have done anything different. EG in January, l had NO treats, not one beer for the whole month and was totally focused... this month l haven't really cheated but have given myself a few treats (not much) and l really do think those were offset by jsut as much exercise and even more the last two weeks so l'm a bit at a loss.

Anyway you are right and l'm not going to get negative about it and just push on... I've said to others when this has happened that its a consolidation period and l have to just have the courage to believe my own convictions.. so to speak 8)

OK if I'm going to be accountable I've gotta be honest and so far this weekend its been a disaster..

I said elsewhere it was my boy's 9th birthday party and we had ten kids round yesterday, swimming and generally creating mahem... for tea last night they wanted pizza and I succumed BIG time and again with the cold pizza for lunch today so the weekend is kind of a write off. I haven't weighed in, have eaten a few other naughties but pizza was the biggie *can't even say it was the best pizza I've ever had either :wink: *

Anyway I'm about to take the dog for his walk and have a bit of a jog... I never did get down the gym but l promise to just have something light to eat later today for tea and get back into this thing full on from tomorrow..

Hopefully theres not too much damage and ontop of my recent plateau period it's not been an ideal time for a blow-out but these things are sent to test us aren't they?

Will report back with my weight first thing in the morning *gulp!* :|

83.7 Kg this morning... just over a kilo higher than my lows of last week... gives me something to aim for the rest of the week.

An hour at the gym this morning at clocked up 500 clories plus weights plus usual home exercising so here we go again! :|

Elevator going down 8) - 83.2 Kgs this am.. only taken the dog for a walk and done push ups and sit ups today as l have a sore knee 8knee one for me* hope its ok by tomorrow..

Bang on 83 Kilos this morning... been on the 83's for three weeks nearly now and three times have been under and into the 82's (lowest 82.6) before heading back up... but each time l just stayed there the one morning... l can explain twice (beers then beers and pizza :wink: ) but anyway it's been a plateau for me for sure...

Been good all week and it's my weigh in day tomorrow so see where l am then... laters..

My mother always told me "Beer makes your brain go soggy" :mrgreen:

With the amount of work you put in JP I wouldn't be too worried about a slack week, you seem to be well and truly back on track for your goal, go and grab fat jack and head off down the garden path 8)

first ever weekly gain... only 100g but could have been worse after my late last week and week end blow out..

back into the 82's this morning after over 3 weeks in the 83's all together though have visited the 82's three times previously (lowest 82.6) but only stayed one morning each time before heading up again... lets hope am here to stay and l will trend down and break my plateau..
