OK its not the diet... it's the exercise... been slack lately so want to try to get back on track..
Therefore to make myself accountable I'm starting this thread..Want to get back to doing:
200 situps a day *min*
75 push ups a day *min*
arm weights when 'relaxing' as much as I have done previously..
Walk the dog for at least two sessions a day *unless absolutely p!ssing with rain*
Run about 2/3 kilometeres a day at least five days a week
Report in here at least every Monday to confirm I have completed these tasks... giving myself a score out of seven

Well today is the last day of this ten week challenge... have pulled up about 4.5 Kgs short all up which on the face of it means I've pretty much failed... so I thought I'd go back to where I was at the beginning and see if some of my other objectives have been realised..
Doing more than 200 situps, perhaps closer to 300 some days... do a lot more than 75 push ups and can do 60/70 straight out now easily and have done up to a record (for me of) 125.. running 3 kilometers a day isn't too difficult either and have been doing 2 hours a day exercising some days so all around I've been pretty happy on my exercising routine..
Theres been a couple of well pulicised blow outs but I'm more interested in moderation in my life now and trying to find a happy balance..
All up l have to be pretty happy with the outcome, I'm now sitting on 79.4 Kilograms so have basically lost half a kilo a week over the ten week period though have stagnated somewhat the past few weeks..
From here it is just going to be a gradual downhill assault on my final goal weight of 75 Kgs.. am not going to set any deadlines and just work toward my eventual goal..
