Yay, I went today!
Walked 15 minutes there (that's my warmup now!), then did 10 mins on the treadmill alternating walking and jogging - was walking for 1 minute then jogging for 1.5 minutes. I'm still scared of the treadmill but I'm slowly getting better! Then I did another 10 minutes on the bike, same kinda thing, with intervals of going hard and going slower.
Then I did my weights routine - it's been a month since I last did it and it HURT! Didn't have to put any of my weights down though, so I'm glad about that! Gonna be sore tomorrow though!
Booked a PT session for Friday too, so I'm definitely gonna have to go then!
