I did it! I walked around the building on my lunch! And I even walked around half of it on my shorter break!
Also I found a new exercise... haha belly dancing and dancing in general. Read: Wiggling around, looking like she's having a fit, yet getting a good work out. *puff puff puff*
Maybe I can learn to dance... @_@ Even if I don't have any coordination, it is very fun. Dance fast to the fast songs, slow for the slow ones (Bascically staying with the beat of the song).
Its really fun!
I just find any exercising is very hard on my back and knees, but dancing is less, though still I have some pain.
