My first pledge will be cut way down on junk food like chocolate and stuff like that, working my way up to none at all. And to drink a lot of water. ((I'm just starting. Can't do anything big, until I'm able to buy the proper foods. Going shopping on Friday. Yay!))

I have a new pledge thanks to Helen who suggested it and I was like @_@ ((Why didn't I think of that!?))

I'm going to walk around my work building on my lunch break tomorrow ((I don't get any time to exercise. I'm always at work. SOOOOO I'm going to exercise at work!!))

Hehe I sure will! And I'll let you know if I get any strange reactions from my coworkers.

Btw, I might have to cancel walking outside (We keep getting crazy blizzard storms. And its freeeezing) but if that happens I'll walk around inside!! Which will look even stranger!! Just walking back and forth in the hallways!

I did it! I walked around the building on my lunch! And I even walked around half of it on my shorter break!

Also I found a new exercise... haha belly dancing and dancing in general. Read: Wiggling around, looking like she's having a fit, yet getting a good work out. *puff puff puff*

Maybe I can learn to dance... @_@ Even if I don't have any coordination, it is very fun. Dance fast to the fast songs, slow for the slow ones (Bascically staying with the beat of the song).

Its really fun!

I just find any exercising is very hard on my back and knees, but dancing is less, though still I have some pain.

*done with pointless ramble*

Hey Nekko, dancing is crazy good for burning cals!!! I have belly dancing, which is too hard for me at the moment :shock: (thats my excuse and Im sticking to it!!!), I have a few dancing dvds and even just general dancing is excellent. Good on you, you sound like your doing great! :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

I went to a wedding on Saturday night and ate WAY too much, but danced most of the night away - in stupid high heels...I reckon thats what stopped me from putting on weight!
SW - 75.9
CW - 68
Happy weight - 68 (I MADE IT!!!)
GW - 65 (for now - and until I conceive!)

I can't move right for the belly dancing. @_@ and on a 300+ pound (303) girl it looks very very silly. But yeah its super fun and I think with my newfound discovery, I'll do even better! DANCE DANCE DANCE!

I finally got my workout dvd in that I wanted and bought off of amazon.com. It will be able to help me out a lot. My new pledge is to get up early each morning and work out with my The Biggest Loser workout dvd, based off the hit show, The Biggest Loser. And if I for some reason can't get up early to make sure to do it after work!
