Thanks girls! Yep, Bella I think I am using the daily weigh ins to confirm to myself that what I am doing is or isn't working. Its no way to live is it? I will see what this week brings.
Ok. so today I rocked it
40min walk (broken up in 1 30min 1 10min)
30 min dance yourself thin DVD but jogging on the spot for 1/2 of it while they were walking just for extra calories burnt!
10 min x trainer. Now I SWEAR my x trainer is way harder than the one at the gym
20 min circuit of skipping, leg magic, push ups, ab work, punching, kicking etc
20 min horse ride.
All up 2 hours! I'm stoked with that.
As for the weighing, I haven't gone near the scales since this morning. I will post if I fail with that today but i'm very confident I won't go near them, I don't want to know so thats a pretty good incentive to keep them hidden I think
