Rose's Pledges

Postby ~Rose~ » Thu Mar 27, 2008 11:40 am

~ I will stick to a calorie controlled diet. Around 1500 calories a day.
~ I will eat a smaller evening meal and make sure I have a decent breakfast.
~ I will cut back on my alcohol intake.
~ I will drink 2Ltrs+ of water each day.
~ I will walk daily and I will do my pilates atleast 4 times a week.
~ When eating out, I will make sure I order healthy choices and watch my portions.
~ I will try to have 1 or more pieces of fruit and vegetables each day.
~ I will keep a food diary and I'll be honest.
~ I will reach my goal weight.

OMG you must have great will power if you can make them & not taste at least one!! Pat on the back for you if you resist but if you give in I don't blame you what so ever.

How are you going with the no smoking?

well I dont have a sweet tooth soooo I'm thinking that will help :)

Sheree - Free and Healing for Five Days, 14 Hours and 28 Minutes, while extending my life expectancy 11 Hours, by avoiding the use of 140 nicotine delivery devices that would have cost me $56.04.

Cravings have levelled out now the nicotine is outta my system, cravings I get now are more habit than anything else. I day at a time, I will do this :D

That's brilliant Rose! You must have an iron will to be able to resist brownies so well. And good on you for quitting smoking. I quit about eight years ago and it was seriously the BEST thing I have ever done. I never even think about cigarettes anymore. Hang in there. It won't be long before you forget your old habits and replace them with newer healthier ones!
