My New Life Starts TODAY

Finally, the day has come to step up to the plate and take responsibility for worshipping my body, instead of destroying it.

Today is the start of a whole new me. Not to try and get 'back' to who I used to be when I was a gorgeous 18 year old, but to reinvent myself as who I am now, a Mother, wife, friend, sister, daughter and overall good, happy, kind person. I want my inner beauty to be reflected on the outside.

I don't know what tomorrow will bring, but today, I pledge the following things.

1. I will fill out my weightloss diary, making me aware of everything I put into my mouth.
2. I WILL do Tae Bo sometime today, with no excuses, and give it my very best.
3. I will drink 4.3 litres of water today.
4. I will NOT eat after dinner, I will only drink water.
5. I will eat my dinner off a sideplate tonight to control the portion.
6. I will continue my Betalife journey.

I will be aware that I am
STRONG
INDESTRUCTABLE
IN CONTROL
IN FIGHTING FORM
WILL NOT GIVE UP UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
WILL NOT NEGATIVITY EFFECT MY PERFORMANCE
LOOKING TO THE FUTURE
IMAGINING HOW HOT I WILL LOOK IN 6 OR MORE MONTHS TIME.

You sound motivated, energised and ready to take on the world.

Isn't it so empowering once that mental switch flips on that makes you take responsibility for how you got to where you are? I think it is, because then you can do something about it and that's what I am reading here.

Wow, I really think you're going to get to your goal weight as you have a GREAT way of looking at things.

One thing I didn't do before I entered my lifestyle change was to make sure my mind was ready to under go the change, I'm now rebuilding my confidence and getting back to my old self. I 've realised as long as you stay positive you can do pretty much anything!

You go girl!! :D
