So as most of you know i was just away on holidays for 2 weeks. What i must confess is I spent that 2 weeks living like an alco with a seroius smoking problem. This is a big problem if i want to get back into exercising and losing weight.
So my pledge is that for the next month i will do the following:
1) no smoking - cut them off -will only have one if i go out with the guys (i know people are probably thinking thats not good enough but baby steps people baby steps) I believe i can do it.
2) I will put the duty free bottles of tequila, malibu, bounty rum and scotch whisky into the cuboard and only pull them out if we have a gathering on weekends. And will make myself desiganted driver where ever we go.
3) Will begin my new exercise plan which is:
Monday - Strength
Tuesday - Step class
Wednesday - C25K plus strength
Thursday - hockey training
Friday - C25k plus strength
Saturday - Hockey game
Sunday - C25k
4) Eating will be perfect following this basic plan
Breakfast - cereal and 1 piece fruit
morning tea - yogurt
lunch - sandwich ans salad or soup
afternoon tea - cut up vegies or cup of soup
dinner - something with meat and vegies (not many carbs)
dessert - protein shake
I will be making a spreadsheet to tick off the days where i have completed plan perfectly. I will reward myself if i can follow this pledge for an entire month. For days that i have not followed it i will have to write down an excuse (a truthful one) as to why and will then decide if i am worthy of a reward. Not sure what the reward should be.... Any suggestions?
I'm thinking either a haircut and colour or
a massage but not sure.
So end date for this pledge is Wednesday 4th June (exactly 4 weeks).
