As i still have little willpower since eating everything and anything when i was pregnant i might just start by giving up the smaller things that i try and reassure myself "wont do any harm". This weekend starting from this morning i plan to give up those so called "rice cookies" and my daily can of lemonade. I tell myself that cause they are wheat free, they are not TOO bad, but they contain a bucket load of calories and fat!
