Starting off at 80.9 Kgs
3 Weetabix, peach slices and low fat milk for brekkie..
Fruit salad and low cal yoghurt for lunch.. banana plus some apple and strawberry fruit juice mid afternoon..
Looking forawrd to prime rib steak for tea.. with mushrooms, onions and tomato's and salad.. yum!
2 times dog walks with a bit of a jog (it's pretty marshy around here after the rain)..
Back into my old sit ups and push ups routine * 2..
