Tomorrow is a new day

Just wanted to write this down so I can be accountable, tomorrow i will;

-Go to the gym and do a really good weights and cardio work out
-have porridge for brekky, fruit for snacks, soup for lunch and a healthy dinner
-drink lots of water and herbal tea
-get some uni work done
-and lastly, get to bed early.

I'll be back tomorrow to update with how I went

My back is stuffed again :( so i couldn't go to gym, went for a walk tho but am not really up to much more than that. went well with everything else, although i was hoping to be in bed half an hour ago. Similar goals for tomorrow
