What do you promise to do today to help lose weight?

My pledge for next week

This is for 5-days, Monday - Friday. I will achieve:

1. Calorie intake less than 1500cal
2. Drink at least 500mL of water after dinner

Two things, five days.... that's 10 chances for success. So, by Friday, I will be able to report a score out of 10 :D

Day 1 (Monday)
1. 1400cal, which is not bad considering I was home sick from work. But, didn't do any excercise :shock:
2. 150mL to go, shouldn't be a problem

Day 2 (Tuesday)
1. 1450cal. Would have been less but the picking bug got to me after my sick tummy wore off !
2. Had a horrible sick tummy and could hardly drink any water all day. I would be lucky to get through 1.5L today, it's been hard :(

Day 3 (Wednesday)
1. 1650cals :oops:
2. Tick!

Day 4 (Thursday)
1. 1650cals again.
2. Yep, got it all in

Day 5 (Friday)
1. 1500cals exactly lol
2. No, I went to bed straight after dinner

Hey thanks guys :D Had a bit of a shocker today, think I had heartburn or something, had major pain and gas and felt queasy all day. Only just easing off now. Couldn't go to the gym tonight because of it :( Off to bed now, so fingers crossed for a good night's sleep and a much better day tomorrow!!

I went and got quick eze at luchtime. Just coz I'm a pig and wanted something to chew on... yummy strawberry lollies hahaha.. didn't work :roll:

I think I need another pledge for this week, well, what's left of it anyway.

I just got in an order from completehealth.com.au, which contains EMPOWER SATAY SAUCE. This is the third bottle of it that I have ordered. Wanna know what happened to the other two?? Straight down the gullet, didn't cook with it nothing :oops:

So, for this week:

1. Do NOT open the Satay Sauce!!!!! Under any circumstances :twisted:
2. Cals under 1500 each day.
3. Drink 500mL water after dinner.
