What do you promise to do today to help lose weight?
I pledge that when watching my favourite TV Program at night that during commercials I will get up of my butt and do:
1ST commercial = 10 squats
2nd commercial = 5 situps
3rd commercial = jog on the spot until commercial is finished
4th commercial = 10 time stand up and sit down on the chair
I have been doing this for the last week and works for me so far, it makes you realise just how many commercials and length of time they go for.

I think thats a really good idea to get the blood flowing....I've heard good things about exercing in intervals. I'm going to try exercing sometimes during the show as well. I wonder what show is the best for working out too.
