I'm not starting a diet but a health food for life way of thinking...Thats how I look at it.
Every time I think of food I will stick a piece of fruit in my mouth until I get sick of it and my brain realises its unhealthy to obsess so much food.
I will keep you updated as to my weight loss. At the moment I walk around the block with the pram everyday but I'm not seeing results so I'm adding a pair of ankle weights and to balance that..adding 10 mins of arm weights and 10 mins of abs to get things going.

Also I thought since everyone else says how much they want to lose i should get in on this so if I fall back into the old way of thinking I'll feel guilty....
Current Weight 76kgs
Goal Weight 55kgs


PS...I hope evryone had a good day today and they have the strength after being here tonight to do it all again tomorrow :D
