My pledge for this week

This week, I actually have a few pledges I want to make.
- No take-away or junk food from the supermarket/vending machine.
- At least one litre of water each day (I need to build up to two, I just can't get there all at once!)
- Only one night out this week.
- At least one 30-minute walk.

oh. yes! i do believe i shall join on all of your listed pledges...
Especially the @ least 1L of water. And I'll add: For me, No diet soda (although i love it so much)

Hey, you are definitely my weight loss twin!
I don't really have diet soft drink addiction, but I have decided to stop having soft drink as a mixer when I go to the pub.
Have you tried drinking soda water instead? It's still fizzy, but it's basically just carbonated water and you can add lemon, lime or cucumber slices to flavour it. Mixing it with a tiny bit of orange juice is tasty too, and still way better than having a soft drink or a bit glass of straight juice.

Lol yeah same, Love the diet redbull and vodka ;) maybe just a little too much? :P but... i since i started dieting i've just been going crazy on the diet drinks, even though i know they're bad for me :P I'll blame the boyfriend, bad influence.

Soda water... This is a good idea, but i'm going to just go cold turkey. I think. All or nothing.
Terrible mindset... I know.

(ok, so maybe just a few vodka & redbulls a week... on uni night ;P)
