Good luck, sounds like a great idea! Alcohol is such a pain - I'm the same, can't stop at one. Then, you just start eating while under the influence

You know what's a good idea, well it helped me anyway. When you're wanting a glass of wine, get out your wine glass, and fill it with apple juice (to look like white wine), or cranberry (red), and drink that instead. You can trick your eyes into thinking that you're having a drink... but without the effects on your body
