This week i am not going to entertain myself with junkfood like the rest of the family of whom are trying to lose weight also. Last week they kept saying, its my daughter's bday, u must have some cake, come on its the best cake you'll ever have, u got to!

, and so as not to offend i agreed despite feeling sick afterwards for not having such a sweet hit for awhile. This week i plan to be more assertive at a few other functions i need to attend, considering its easier for family to lose weight as they can exercise and i can only do a very minimal amount due to health.
