Tomorrow (Thursday May 18th)
I will write a shopping list that holds no temptations.
It will be a list filled with fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, multivitamins, cod liver oil, antioxidants, fresh fish and eggs.
I will walk no matter how painful my leg is or how short the walk may be, I will get moving.
I will keep my water intake up and stick to my Tony Ferguson Plan.
No matter what emotions I'm going through I WILL NOT look for tasty comforts.
