On Saturday my son and I are going to my grandparents house for a weeks holiday. My grandparents are overweight, consume too much fried food and drink lots of wine. I love them dearly and they mean well but I won't be tempted to have bacon and eggs for breakfast, wine, biscuits and dip in the afternoon and icecream after dinner! I know that their eating habits won't change, they are stuck in their ways but I won't let that affect my weightloss.
- I will stick to healthy eating.
- I will have the odd glass of wine if I have any points left.
- I will take my own WW friendly snacks instead of eating biscuits and dip when they do.
- I will continue to drink 2.4L of water a day like I do at home.
Another good thing is that we are going to Lakes Entrance for a few days staying at their holiday house so that means beach walking.
Also my Grandfather has a huge vegie garden so i'll be able to take lots of freshly grown organic vegetables home.
So my pledge is to remain healthy while staying at my grandparents house.
