L - Chicken burger with side serving of fries with gravy, I can of coke.
D - Nothing
Snack - 1 pack of twisties, 2 large wagon wheels, 1 small bottle of goulburn valley OJ, 1 large Gloria Jeans Creme Brulee
Not alot of food I know ... but the wrong choices
Today on the other hand ... has started off quite the opposite ....
L - Im going to try and get some grilled fish and salad
D - Shake
Snack - 3L of water
