Well,

I thought I would finally venture in here and start up my own thread to make myself more accountable.

As of this morning I am going back on my Iso Whey shakes...2 shakes per day with a light dinner, however if I dont get time for dinner ( as in time to prepare dinner etc ) I will have an Optifast shake, rather than take away.

So my plan of attack is this:

B- Iso Whey
L- Iso Whey
D- Light meal or Optifast

Drink my 2L of water per day and get my arse off to the gym for atleast 45 mins per day.

So here we are Day 1 ... Feeling really nervous as I don't want to fail again and fall off the wagon. Enough is enough.

Ok ... well Day 1 wasn't so crash hot ... wtf is the matter with me

B - Nothing
L - Chicken burger with side serving of fries with gravy, I can of coke.
D - Nothing
Snack - 1 pack of twisties, 2 large wagon wheels, 1 small bottle of goulburn valley OJ, 1 large Gloria Jeans Creme Brulee

Not alot of food I know ... but the wrong choices

Today on the other hand ... has started off quite the opposite ....

B- Shake
L - Im going to try and get some grilled fish and salad
D - Shake
Snack - 3L of water
