What do you promise to do today to help lose weight?

So I think I need to set some ground rules. Here goes-

1) at least 30 minutes of exercise a day.
2) No fast food!!
3)Drink 2 litres of water a day.
4) Eat more fruit and vegetables.

I think this is a good place to start.
I'm gonna try this for two weeks see how I go and then reassess :)

Yep good one summer!

I've done the same, but 60 mins of excercise, no fast food and 3L a day. fruit and veg can wait, i'm liking the shakes. =)


Is proving to be a good mix for me! First wek weigh in in 48 hours!

Start date: 12/8/2013
Highest - 144.8kg

Current - 141.3kg

Goal - 110kg

3.5kg lost

31.3kg to go
