I came to the realisation the other night that if I continue the way I am, I will never have lived. I ask myself if I was given a week to live what would my biggest regret be, and you know they all centre around being overweight and unhealthy.
I pledge to lose my excess fat of around 50 kilos by September this year. To do this I am learning boxing and hope to have my first amateur fight by the end of the year. To set this up to win I have joined the gym accross the road from my work, engaged the services of a boxing coach and have bought a heap of boxing equipment. Boxing will require me to get fit and to drop a heap of weight, the rest of my dreams and hopes should follow with this. I welcom any further suggestions on how to set this up as a win win.
