Hi :)

Ok here I go!

I will drink at least 2L of water per day. 8)

I won't binge on bad food just because I think my cals are a bit low :twisted:

Lets see ...... Wonder how long this will last for! I have a terrible track record... :(

If you think your calorie intake is a bit low then go onto calorieking.com.au or a similar site, set up a profile and record your food intake and exercise- it will let you know how much you should be eating so if you are eating to few calories you can find a snack that you can eat that wont go over your daily intake requirements. Its all about feeling in control, if you have controle over what is going in then you wont have the need to binge. If binging is a problem you need to remove the reasons why you binge- is it just because your not eating enough or it is other reasons you might not really be awear of? have a good think about it
