I will go to the gym (done already)
Bike ride this afternoon
Stick to 1250 calories
Limit stress at work (easier said than done!)

I will drink lots of water to flush out the weekends naughtiness
stick to the program as much as possible
try and not medicate my TOTM (put up with it!) :evil:
make it to my spin class!
Good luck with yours - I have to do the last one even if i feel like RUBBISH! :roll:

I will drink between 2-4 litres of water every day.
I will do 1 hour at the gym mon,tues,wed,thurs
I will do runs with the hubby every morning
I will stick to my allowed calories
I will not drink any wine until Saturday
SW - 71 kg
CW - 65 kg
GW - 58 kg
Weight Loss so Far = 6kgs
Weight to go = 7kgs
