I think I have eaten too much cheese (although low fat) and had too many eggs over the last couple of days.
My pledge is for Tuesday and Wednesday. NO eggs or cheese.
I feel bloated, and like I have eaten too much (TOTM coming up too).
Weigh in for me is Thursday... I want to see a loss!
Double water both days... at least 4 litres.
(I have the bottles lined up ready to go!)
