I'm pledging to do a minimum of 1hr on the wii fit tonight and 50 situps after doing nothing all week using a cold as an excuse.

Well I sort of did 1 hr on the wii fit, the wii is set up in our family room on hard tiles and that telly doesnt have foxtel but the loungeroom has nice soft carpet and foxtel so I grabbed just the balance board for the wii and took it into the loungeroom and watched australias next top model with my daughter and stepped for an hour. So its close enough to wii fit that I'm going to count it.

The wii step could be a bit taller, definately thinking of buying the extension feet to make it higher or just buying an aerobics step.

I still have to do sit ups yet but will do them just before I jump into bed.

Situps done and dusted 8) I did them on our weight bench holding a 5kg weight for good measure.

Tomorrows goal- 30 mins much more intense exercise, thinking of maybe digging out an old taebo dvd billy blanks will be sure to kick my arse!, 30+ mins wii, going for my first run at the park (weather permitting) and 60+ situps, going to try add 10 a day until I get to 500 a day.

I've got to find some exercise to help rid me of these flabby batwing arms too, I want to be in singlets by summer. Now off to bed I think, will have to do situps earlier tomorrow, I'm feeling pumped now lol

nope, they dont count; t'was after midnight so now you gotta do them again :twisted:

regime sounds good! I found wiifit could only push me for a week before running took over, so enjoy that run at the park!
