Situps done and dusted
I did them on our weight bench holding a 5kg weight for good measure.
Tomorrows goal- 30 mins much more intense exercise, thinking of maybe digging out an old taebo dvd billy blanks will be sure to kick my arse!, 30+ mins wii, going for my first run at the park (weather permitting) and 60+ situps, going to try add 10 a day until I get to 500 a day.
I've got to find some exercise to help rid me of these flabby batwing arms too, I want to be in singlets by summer. Now off to bed I think, will have to do situps earlier tomorrow, I'm feeling pumped now lol
