EARNING POINTS TO ACHIEVE OUR DREAM WEIGHT

MEAL PLAN: Stick to your daily diet plan and get 7 points.
WORKOUT: Get at least 30min daily workout and get 7 points if you achieve your daily fitness goal.
WATER: Volume to drink is 6 to 8 glasses of water to get 3 points. If you drink the half give yourself 2.
JOURNAL: Get 3 points by coming here everyday to fill out your checklist, share your progress with us and be kind and give support to other members in our Weightloss Forum.
WEIGHT CONTROL: don't forget to weigh-in every Thursday

Oh well, today I only scored 13/20
I just couldn't stop eating the roast.
I hope everyone else has had an On Plan day today.

At the moment I am finding it pretty easy to keep up with the healthy eating, exercise, and water intake - guess I could fall off the rails at any time - but im hoping not...

In my humble opinion its pretty easy to stick to once you put your mind to it (well for me anyway)
